If this is something affecting your mental health it is something I would bring up with your therapist. Maybe not that it's about her specifically if that makes you uncomfortable, but discuss worrying about whether or not people like you etc with her. As another comment stated, she is a professional and her job is to listen to you, but it doesn't make those feelings go away. Talking it out and working on anxiety coping skills can help as no one should be stressed about going to their therapist.
